The KX-TGK220 is compatible for use with range amplifiers that provide consistent reception in single family homes or large apartments. The telephones also support caller identification and the use of the router phonebook in FRITZ! box routers (FRITZ! OS 6.69 or higher). The Panasonic cordless phone is equipped with an extra Eco button. Without having to go to the menu, users can adjust the transmission power at the touch of a button in favor of a higher range or a lower radio radiation. In standby mode, the base station and handset wait for calls without radiation.
