Shipment

We are always striving to offer you the lowest possible shipping costs and at the same time a safe and good shipping. For cash on delivery shipments, a fee of 6.50 EUR will be charged. An additional transmission fee of 2.50 EUR will be charged. The delivery person collects this fee on site in addition to the invoice amount. If you have any questions regarding this, please ask by phone or email about the costs!

Our shipping costs consist of postage, packaging, packaging materials, VAT, and employee costs. Please understand that we sometimes ship very sensitive goods that need to be well packaged, which is also in the interest of the customer. However, this means additional effort for us in terms of packaging materials. At the same time, we still try to be as cost-effective as possible with our shipping costs in order to provide you with the best possible service.

Delivery time:
For all payment methods (except prepayment), orders with corresponding availability are processed and shipped immediately.
We are always striving to offer the fastest possible shipping process. With payment in advance, your order will be processed immediately upon receipt of payment.

The estimated shipping time with DHL is 2-4 days within Germany, 5-7 days within the European Union, and 7-14 days outside the European Union.

If a product is unexpectedly not available, the seller will inform the buyer immediately by email.

Shipping tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the "shipment ID" for shipment tracking. With this number, you have the opportunity to track your delivery on the way to you. This way you always know where your ordered items are at the moment.

Unless otherwise agreed, delivery will be made from stock to the delivery address specified by the buyer. All specified delivery dates are non-binding and exclude all claims for damages in case of delay.
