The Signotec
LCD Signature Pad "Omega" is the big brother of the success model "Sigma". It is a signature collection device "Made in Germany", which Signotec developed and produced by Signotec, with an unsurpassed price-performance ratio. It is extremely compact with its external dimensions of 180 x 191 x 15 mm and, above all, appealing in design. With this device you can set clear accents on your POS.
The extremely flat signature pad captivates with its tarpaulin surface without edges between the sensor and housing. The construction allows a highly ergonomic sign. The pen and sensor convey a writing feeling almost like on paper. The rounded pages also enable a flowing transition of the hand bale from the signature tablet to the table without disturbance when writing. The pen itself has the size and feel of a real ballpoint pen and manages without electronics and power supply. This passive pen must be replaced inexpensively and the pad is still operational if you lose. Of 500 samples per second, directional, time and pressure coordinates of the signature are digitized and recorded in a frequency that has not yet been exceeded. The resulting high quality of the data automatically leads to the highest possible evidence of the signature.
The data transmission from the pad to the PC is protected, which is why the biometric characteristics are not possible. Due to your own development of the electronics, firmware, drivers and applications, an optimal coordination between hardware and software is given.
The special sensor of the Omegas has a newly developed robust surface, which allows many years to record the signature precisely. The display with a resolution of 640 x 480 pixels enables an outstanding representation of graphics and text, whereby graphics with a height of up to 960 pixels can also be shown and then scrolled. The user is informed about the condition of the device by color. Recurring content can be used to save permanently. This leads to an enormous speed advantage in the construction of graphics, since these are not loaded into the pad every time, but simply called up.
This large internal memory can also be used for a slide show. Graphics can be stored in the pad permanently. They indicate the order and duration of the display. This slide show runs independently without a connection to the software. Simply put in a
