The network cabinets of the Unique series were developed with clean cabling for the user-friendly installation of active and passive network components. Each cabinet is made of up to 1.5 mm thick sheet steel and, due to special sheet bending technology as a robust steel structure, ensures very good stability. The coloring is carried out by powder coating in the colors gray (RAL 7035) and black (RAL 9005). In the special case, the closets can be disassembled in order to achieve difficult -to -access installations. The doors can be easily dismantled, a door stop change can be made. The roof is equipped with a discontinued lid including ventilation slots for improved air circulation. Furthermore, the roof is prepared for the absorption of a fan module for active ventilation. The network cabinets include 2 pairs (4 pieces) mounted 483 mm (19) profile rails inside. These are galvanized and marked with a marking of the unit (countable in both directions). They can be adjusted in depth and are additionally connected to depth struts in the closet in order to enable an intensive expansion with 483 mm (19) components. Cable management is an important aspect of installation. In the floor of each closet there is a sliding cable inlet with moss rubber seal. Cupboards from 26he are equipped with two cable inlets on the back with brush strips up and below the rear door. For cupboards with a width of 800 mm, the cable guidance options are expanded by additional inserts with brush strips on the left and right in the roof and floor. Furthermore, vertical cable guide channels with aperture on the left and right of the 483 mm (19) profile rails are mounted in the front (for cupboards from 32he and 800 mm width).
