Silverstones ECU05 is a PCI-E 2.0-X2 extension card with switchable USB 3.1-Type-C and USB 3.0 ports. Your single USB 3.1-Typ-C-Port can make unrestricted use of the PCI-E 2.0-X2 slot and thus achieve a bandwidth of up to 10 GB/s (double USB 3.0 output), which is excellent stability when using several external USB devices guaranteed at the same time. The ECU05 also has two external USB 3.0 Type-A ports and an internal 19-pin USB 3.0 connection, which supplements your system with a total of five USB ports. For quick charging, one of the type A ports fulfills the standard USB Battery Charging (BC) 1.2, which ensures quickly and safely charging your mobile devices. In addition, the ECU05 UASP (USB Attached SCSI Protocol) supports improved performance, so that operating systems with XHCI (extensive host controller interface) can easily recognize and install the ECU05 without any drivers being needed.
