QPSK

The quadrature phase shift keying (QPSK) is used, in contrast to the 2-PSK method, four discrete phase positions. Each phase state thereby represents two combined bits, which are also referred to dibit. A common application is the upstream in the cable modem, from the user to the respective service provider.
