Server and workstation as well as PC and thin client are terms that are frequently used in the field of information technology. A server is a computer that provides specialized services such as data or file sharing, email or web hosting. A workstation, on the other hand, is a high-performance computer typically used by professional users such as graphic designers or architects.A PC is an all-purpose computer that is used by individuals and companies alike to perform various tasks.
