The Sun X7038A memory is designed for different servers and workstations of the manufacturer. Upgrades and repairs are therefore particularly easy and reliable, although you should of course check compatibility with your system in advance. However, no additional components or accessories are required for use.

The Sun X7038A is buffered ECC RAM with a total storage capacity of 128 MB. The latter is added completely to the existing main memory if you make an extension. In addition, the main memory is in EDO DIMM format, has a 168 pin connector strip and is operated at 3.3 volts.

The 128 MB buffered ECC EDO DIMM can be found at Sun under model number X7038A and part number 370-3798. However, the main memory is mainly intended for the Sun Ultra 5 and Ultra 10 systems, where the use is therefore easily possible.
