The company was founded in 1987 Maxdata, one of the largest European IT producers. After a bankruptcy petition in 2008, the brand name has been sold, which is why this is now used by the IT company S & T AG. The latter has approximately 2,200 employees, spread across different offices in 20 countries worldwide.
